The Product is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Product or on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Any earnings figures, payout amounts, or results referenced on this website or in the Product — including the author's personal results and reader results — are illustrative examples only and are not a guarantee or promise of your results. Individual results vary based on effort, timing, eligibility, and third-party program availability. Many factors are outside our control. You may earn nothing.

5. Third-Party Programs

The programs described in the Product are operated by third parties. Program terms, eligibility requirements, payout amounts, and availability change without notice and may be discontinued at any time. The Product is a one-time purchase of $37 USD (or the price displayed at checkout), processed securely by our third-party payment processor. No subscription, recurring charge, or automatic renewal applies to the Product.

7. Refund Policy — The First-Payout Promise

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. This is our sole refund policy; because the Product is delivered digitally and immediately, no other refunds are offered except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product, the website, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
